Simple searches are normally completed within 24 hours on working days. You can place your orders during weekends or bank holidays; these orders will be processed on the next working day.
More complex searches, where the property has no postal address and is not registered in the modern Land Register may take up to 3 weeks to complete. Old copy deeds will be sent within 2 working days.
Your documents will be sent by email to your address that you entered when placing your order. You can check the progress of your orders and download documents at www.scotlandsearch.org.uk.
